Chai Masala Recipe
Ingredients
Green Cardamom 1 tbsp
Black Cardamom 1/2 tbsp
Cloves 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks 2-3 sticks
Nutmeg 1
Ginger powder 2 tsp
Instructions
1. Roast all the dry spices in a pan on medium high heat. Then grind to make a powder.
2. You can add the powder in 2 cups of tea leaves or just add a tsp when you are making a tea.
3. Store the powder in a airtight jar and use it for up to a month.
Brownie Recipe
Ingredients
Butter 4 tbsp melted
Chocolate 1/2 cup melted
White sugar 1 cup
Brown sugar 1 cup
Eggs 2
Oil 1/4 cup
Cocoa Powder 1/2 cup
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Instructions
1. Melt butter and chocolate in a sauce pan
2. In another bowl add sugars and eggs and beat until creamy.
3. Add oil and mix well. Then add flour, cocao powder, salt and baking soda and mix it with spatula.
4. Don’t over mix it. Now pour the mixture into a square brownie pan. You can add any toppings if you like.
5. Bake it at 350f for 30-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
