Without a doubt, ringing the bells on someone who will stand behind their products and make it easy to get a replacement, is critical. IIt's really easy to find the 1 star reviews out there for some weird/cheap product that went pop when it shouldn't, but it's much harder to find out about companies who stand up and take ownership of a problem like this. That's awesome, I have seen a lot of companies come and go in this hobby. I have been using lipo chargers since the 90s, I have been lucky enough to have good equipment. A lot of companies don't even give you a warranty. Thanks for the information on your charger.

Since we're on the topic. Pyrodrone is amazing as well. Most recently, Matek wouldn't cover a faulty fc. Pyrodrone replaced it anyway! They've always had my back.

Just ordered one from Amazon us for delivery to UK. Not easy to find over here in UK. My SkyRC d100 gave up the ghost. Almost opposite problem. DC input failed, but AC ok. Gut tells me this is a bad sign of quality. Not many reviewers and you had a problem. Let’s hope your support isn’t just because you have a YT channel 😂

Great to see! What are the dual chargers worth considering today? This and the Hota D6? I returned an ISDT K1 which was wrongly advertised as having discharge/storage capability, which seems like a basic feature (even if the discharge rate is low).

I really like this one and it has replaced the ISDT DUAL charger that was in this spot for the previous 4 years..

Thanks, I think I'll take the plunge with this. Do you have any reason to doubt the voltage, current and resistance calibration? ISDT does seem to do well in this dept.

I have an old 4 port hobby king charger still battling on, fans are noisy and it don't balance too well. I use a better one on 4s packs, a more powerfull up to date one.
