I use my Moterm a6 with my daily pocket Moleskine. So chunk and adorable 😍

Late commenting on this, but the Mark's Tokyo planners have the month grouped with the week -- and the months are tabbed. One series is called 'Colors', another has different cover designs (all removable so you can insert your own photos etc. to customise).

I use an a6 Hobonichi. I would prefer that they had each monthlies than that month’s dailies, and that it would continue in the pattern for the year. But that’s a minor issue for me. I not a fan of pumpkin pie, but I love sweet potato pie. It’s a tradition for my family to make sweets potato pie during the holidays…I’ve made sweet potato cheesecake before and it was delicious. 😊 Thanks for sharing your setup. ❤

I totally understand back pain as I’ve dealt with it for many years. I’ve had 2 fusion surgeries and still get back pain (as in the last week it’s been bad). I hope you feel better soon! Nice set up!

Sorry to hear that. Thank you.

7:40 instead of punching holes in the cover you can make holes in a thick piece of vellum or acetate and thread elastic and just tuck it into both slots that way you make a diy tn without making holes in the leather . Hope that made sense

That's a great idea! I have some heavy acetate and I will have to try this. Perhaps even double up the sheets to make it a bit sturdier. Maybe even use heavy cardstock and reinforce the holes/keep the sheets together with eyelets.

I like it. Good option. It means you can take it in any EDC and not wreck them. Everything in one place.

Somebody said that if you carve a pumpkin from the bottom not the stem-top, it stays moist longer. Plus it’s easier to slap that candle in the pumpkin. So paint. Carve. Whatev’s. I like solutions.

I couldn’t sleep.. literally 😂 I had to go track down the video I saw about hacking a Moterm cover and DIY ing and turning it into strings for a TN without any damage. You mentioned around min 8 that you were thinking of punching holes😢..The video was by Scrapcraftastic about 4 months ago. I wanted to transition into TNs but wasn’t sure about buying more covers. This video saved me tons of money and I was able to test a proper A6 TN set up… Long story short go watch it it’s titled, “How to make a diy traveler’s notebook with a Moterm cover” thinking about it I think you can create a set up based on her video and still keep your A6 1911 and Moleskine on each side at the same time…

Hey Sylvia! Have you seen the inserts people make with a thin plastic mat which they add strings to and then slide in the back pockets of their folio or de-ringed covers? Scrapcraftastic & Monique Smith’s channels both have examples of this. Ditto on the gross movies! 😟 Enjoy your content as always!

I didn't love the feel of the plastic, but thank you for mentioning. People read the comments and it's great for them to know there's another option.

If the black cover is newer and the croc older, they did change and remove the stiffener sometime in the last year.

Here's a suggestion for your daily 1-6 repeating tasks: JashiiCorrin showed the idea of using a little flip-out piece from the cover with repeating tasks, and just marking a dot + cross off on the corner of your page. Might not work if you have dailies on both sides and at the top and bottom, but thought I'd mention it anyway. It's on youtube: /watch?v=SIVim0nF4p8 (timecode 10:13)
