Interesting! Great tips on what to check before a tuning session! Fuel seems obvious, but I've heard so many times about people showing up with hardly any fuel in the car! The other tips are good too!

Whoever maped that car before you got it didn't do a very good job those cars on a simple remap without mods can achieve around 200 bhp and with mods the 1446 garrett turbo can handle upwards of 225-230bhp And then if you want to go down the upgraded turbo route I've see people get upwards of 280bhp on stock internals

Well thats an interesting point actually as I had also seen higher so I mentioned mapping it anyway and getting more out of it but they said there is no point and showed me a bunch of other cars they had done which made similar power to what this dyno'd

there are examples of 350hp T-Jets also Multiair on stock internals, depends on the health of the engine. but most can go up to 300hp stock

I’d wager it’s not been Mapped. It’s just the decent quality fuel you’re running. My 135 was actually running 153 on the dyno with a back box delete, K&n panel air filter and decent fuel. 176 after custom map.

It's had a Generic map at some point, A custom map would give you around 190-200Bhp on a comp with some supporting mods & Induction kit, Yours is just a bawhair more than my IHI Modified 595 custom. @181bhp

@ZER0Y0N Good luck, i had both a generic flash then i wanted a custom map, alot of places wouldn't touch it, then i found a place to stock flash it and work on it from there, ended up being like £100 more 😅 i had a little crackle overrun added, not a full on pop n bang, The Euro 6 models had a much reduced ability to naturally pop due to emissions regulations, which cause problems with custom maps and sport cats, often they fail emissions on MOT. I put a Magneti Marelli sinfonia exhaust on which helps get it through emissions 😂

I have a US Abarth with minimal mods and make over 180. I was like wtf when he said 187.

I was surprised myself, said I’d pay for them to remap it themselves and they didn’t want to as they didn’t believe it would make any more power 🤷🏼‍♂️

Nope, I think only on some rare special additions. I get 245bhp and no lsd and it a hoot of a time.

If I'm not wrong, all Esseesse (and Biposto) came with LSD and some Competizione had it as optional.

there was such option but not very often takken. but u can get aftermarket for 1000$

You can easily achieve 215-220hp and 350nm with gt1446 turbo

One thing anyone should realize is that the Supra is for clout chasing .. the skyline is for getting popularity amongst those who you want impress … and the abarth is a car that has be chosen based on what it is and how it performs. The abarth is that girl that’s a 5 in looks but is the most loyal .. most fun and most relatable girl ever … but the Supra and the gtr are trophy girls that are their to impress others
