My grandmother got me his videos when I was in 3rd or 4th grade and Mark gave that little hyperactive kid hope. He made me feel like I was a normal child and I'll never forget when he said that "God liked me." That thought has stuck with me for all these years. I saw him twice in concert. Once in Prattville Al for a church's 50th anniversary and then in Mobile. I still listen to gospel music and have actually studied voice all thanks to the Inpiration of Mark Lowry and all the homecoming friends
