Well , smoking is not the alternative at all to combat ur addiction .Smoking contains more than 200 carcinogens (agents which cause tumour)which can cause pulmnoray fibrosis ,lung cancer , bladder cancer etc ..I would suggest you to go to ur doctor and tell him about ur addiction and he'll prescribe u nicotine patches which help u in ur withdrawal of addiction because nicotine will get absorb through ur skin and u won't have craving for such things even u try to wape or smoke u won't feel that euphoria again at all in this way u will quit this ...
