Cheers Andrew. Pleased you have a diagnosis and hope the medication continues to have a positive impact. 🙂 With any prescribed medication, my first thought would be, how will this affect my ability to run? Running is so important to me - it’s absolutely vital in fact. Some medications can leave you fatigued and that would the fear. I hope the medication not only improves your everyday life but can also make you an even better runner than you are. Wish you all the very best.

Andrew, I find it really interesting. I can't relate to having ADHD but I can relate to having medication and it having a really positive effect on my life. When I had a severe post natal depression, only medication could help me and I couldn't believe it that I could feel like a normal person, it even gave me time to think before I reacted. I have no idea how you managed all this time without medication. It's incredible. You were asking if you seem different. You do seem a bit different only because you sound very serious but I guess it's just because it's a serious topic. I am hoping the medication improves your quality of life.

@@runstretchsucceed good on you. I don't think people fully understand how it effects someone's life having an ADHD. So good job that you are talking about it.

Can't tell you how different you sound. It's still you, animated, warm, funny. But I've never heard you make so much sense and talk for so long. This isn't to judge how you were before but you seem like things are quieter on the inside and that means you're connecting better on the outside. I hope that makes sense.
