I'm in year 7 and it really isn't as intimidating as I thought. You won't get much homework at first but you get more as you go along, I advise to do homework the day it was set do it won't pile up especially since you got set back from being in lockdown

I start at 8:40. Role call is 8:40-9:00 Period one Period 2 Major break Period 3 Minor break Last session/period 4 I get up do my hair and teeth. Get dressed (my books for that day are already packed from the afternoon before) and I put my lunch in which I make the night before. And bam I’m able to go. I moved to a different state and knew NOBODY... also to make freinds I say sit somewhere where a discussion is going on and people are laughing.. and just say something you will be included trust me,but as she said don’t hang with those toxic or mean people. Trust me I was nervous, a teacher put me with some people,and I had freinds then in home evening s I did what I said earlier ( how to get freinds) and now I have a huge freind group ( I started in week 6)

The main tips I could give you is, Get set before the first day of school. Try to get along with your class mates and don’t follow the wrong crowed of people. Also don’t be nervous because everyone is going to be starting year 7 at that time so just be yourself and express who you are!!

I'm going to year 7 next year and we had our transition day but I was the only one that came from a school that nobody else came from so everyone was playing with their friends from primary and I just sat on a bench collecting rocks then someone cAme up to me and said if I wanted to hang out with her and her friend group and I said sure then they started rolling down hills they asked me if I wanted to join in a me I said no thanks after we went back to our tutors (we had different form tutors) someone in my "form class" got an allergic reaction from rolling down the hills at our lunchbreak outside, but at our playtime another group of girls asked me if I wanted to walk around with them, but then we had to go back to our classes and I didn't get any of their names 😢

I go to bed up for bed at around 8:30 and end falling asleep at around 9:25 and wake up at 5:00 or 5:30 so I get 7 hours 35 minutes normally or 8 hours 5 minutes when I sleep img hopefully that explains it!! 💗
