Thank you! Yes! Because I don’t have a proper grill, the stone is an alternative for security of smaller items. We still capture the smokey flavor. The large cast iron skillet is at the forest. The stone behaves just like it but heats faster.

"Burger Don't Wanna Hear No Noise" at da ES Vimman Shack, Jack...Ya'll need to start a little restuarant, but like super limited hours. We have a restaurant up here in Northcoast Cali that was started by a Cajun couple that had limited hours, take out only for many years...like Suppertime 4pm to 8 Thusday thru Sunday...they put it down. Now it's a super nice sit down restaurant but same hours...Lol...and they did super well. You put ur foot in it, ES. They loved it! All that Smackin'... so cool! ❤

The stone is mined here. I don’t know the correct name. They call them natural stones here. You’ll do ok with a lava stone or granite as well as a flat stone found nearby a river.
