Hindi sa pinag tatanggol ko ang PAL, pero may oras na nakalagay sa boarding kung anong boarding time. At paulit ulit ang boarding announcement at higit sa lahat inaannounce ng gate mismo yung name mo kung nasan ka na. Kung late ka na sa boarding time. Saka nila ka nila i offload. Late ka sa boarding gate. Yun ang nakikita kong dahilan.

The airline must be thankful that Kuya Steve did not make a big fuss over their very poor services. Just imagine if this happened to someone who only has a very tight budget and doesn't have any backup plan? I'm very disappointed with the way they handled the situation and I feel really bad for Kuya Steve. But still, I'm glad that Kuya Steve is a very optimistic person who chose to look at the bright side of his trip and experience. Enjoy there in Japan, Kuya Steve!

"you were so long at the immigration area that's why you were offloaded" . based sa video, i can only tell that you were at the immigration area for quite a bit. may be mahaba ang pila or na hold ka sa immigration for questioning. by the time you got to the boarding gate, baka sarado na yung gate. sana you can share more of what really happened.

Sorry to hear that steve. I've been with PAL for 2 years as a ground crew. If you are late even a single minute sa check in counter you will be offloaded po. They have the exact time to depart. They do announcements and final calls. Once the aircraft door is closed, kahit di pa po umaalis ang eroplano, hindi na pwedeng humabol sa pagsakay. Still love team payaman. No hate. Pawer po!

@@rickolazo5081 As per the counter checkin supervisor, its the immgration fault po. Maybe nagtagal si steve sa immigration officer bago ma stamp yung passport nya. And then siguro pagdating nya sa boarding gate po, closed door na yung aircraft. That means di na po sya pwede sumakay. Same term as "offloaded" na po sya.

Did PAL booked you to a flight that is less that an hour to its departure time? I wonder why you got offloaded, given the fact that you are already at the airport. Video is so vague, you did not include the time you booked at PAL , your departure time and the time you reach the boarding gate. Were you stuck at the immigration?

I recently watched a news about our kabayan who got offloaded because of immigration but she rebooked and went through. I hope this situation wont happen to us as me and my wife are planning to travel to other countries soon. I wont be able to buy another expensive ticket since we are on a budget travel.
