My 4 Month old Akita Puppy, Brasi, has not eaten anything and he is hungry.
So I gave him a whole Chicken Leg Quarter and it didn’t stand a chance. He tore it up.

He's beautiful. My Akita is just turning 14 months. I've been afraid to give her whole chicken because of so many tiny bones but she will demolish the meat off a beef bone, clean out the marrow and work the bone. This video is making me reconsider Thank you!

Raw bones are soft and digestible than cooked bones, so she should not have any issues, BUT of course: Always Monitor Your Baby 😊

Raw bones don't splinter like cooked bones. Splintered/Shattered cooked bones are deadly, raw are totally good :)

Actually it is the black tray that came with his XXL (54 in) Dog Crate. I just took it out, so he can eat on it and not on the ground.

Why is it frozen?

Dogs can eat Frozen Meat. It does not harm them. After buying the meat from the store, you freeze it for a minimum of 24 hrs (depending on the type of meat) in order to kill any harmful bacteria.

Thanks for your concern, but Brasi is healthy and will be an one year old in few days. Never been to the vet for anything other than his routine visits.

Bro you clearly don't know dogs! Dogs have highly acidic stomachs that can digest bones easily just like a wolf. Not only that but raw bones are good for dogs. Cooked bones are not. I'll say again: RAW is okay COOKED is not okay. Also while hes eating that he is naturally cleaning his teeth, that bone is scraping tarter which causes bad breath. Why do you think wolves eat raw bones? Dogs comes from wolves so their diet of raw is naturally the same. Do your research on dogs.
