Yeah, that sucks when its new & does that! However, you make a very good point about things possibly being too tight - there does need to be a little flex/give there(your manual should have specs, but users forums can be helpful too). Unfortunately, these aren't really able to handle alot of stress, but i think were mainly meant for use in just plain soil. But it OBVIOUSLY has been handy for you, too! Hoping that track wasn't too pricey. I get the vibe Stella is just sizing up new napping areas, ha!

My neighbor has an older one, uses it all the time. He has a pair of vice grips on the nut in the side to keep it from moving. He has gone through several sets of tracks and keeps losing teeth off his bucket. He also has a hammer that was annoying but now that it is wore out it doesn’t make that much noise, doesn’t seem to work that well either.
