As a flight attendant we’re required to be fully groomed and well presented while putting on the Uniform and so we have to apply gels on our hairs to keep them intact even after 1-17 hours of operating a flight.😊

Yeah flight service staff are considered burnt out & done by the age of 30 in the middle east there`s no shortage of new applicants so good luck with that occupation. Flight staff can hold on to their jobs longer in European countries due to unions, which are non existent in the middle east as is known.

Hello i wanted to ask if you can quit the job at anytime let’s say after 8 months without any consequences from the company or penalties due to the 3 years contract

If a cabin crew member quits before completing their 3 year contract, they would, in theory, have to pay the company back ~8000 AED for their travel, visa, and training costs. The training process to become a cabin crew member is 8 weeks long, so they invest a lot of time and resources into every single person. Leaving the company early costs them that investment before it can fully pay off and therefore they require you to compensate them if you break it before the initial 3 year period. Hope this helps to clear things up!
