As a fellow Toronto Moccamaster owner, I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but, please clean your Moccamaster more frequently. Not to nitpick but in both this house tour video and the previous one, when you show your Moccamaster, it looks a little crusty. From one coffee lover to another, if you keep it clean regularly it'll give you much tastier cups of coffee. Apart from descaling mine every 3 months I also rinse out all the individual removable parts every time I use it, and give them a hand wash with soap and a scrubby brush once or twice a week. Just means it keeps giving me delicious coffee day in and day out from the beans I get locally from Ethica ✌.

I've been in the same apartment for 20 years now, and it is about the same size but located in Scarborough. It mostly carpeted with 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, a fair sized living room, its own Furnace/Water-Heater room, and of course the bathroom. For the first 18 years, the rent price was fixed at $1,680. Yep, a whopping $140 per month, which adds up to $1,680 per YEAR. That was due to being poor and taking advantage of the RGI. But once I hit 65 years old, and now had new CPP, OAS, GIS, and GAINS income, the rent went up. It is now just under seven hundred and fifty dollars per month. Sadly, no pets.

I recently noticed at Sonic Boom that their cassette section was pretty bare. So I brought about 50 cassette to them as well as 5 vinyl singles(Eurythmics). They gave me $109 for the 5 vinyls and 30 of the cassettes. So now I'm seeing a young person here with a CD collection. Are CD's becoming of interest to young people now as well? Should I wait 10 or 20 more years to sell?
