For those of you who aren’t familiar with this Philadelphia legend, I have been listening to Ms. Jackson on the radio since I was a child. She has always been extremely professional and reliable. This was simply an unfortunate mistake. She has extended her sincere apology to the family and that is what matters.

Why feel sorry for TJ? He is just as sorry of a person as Amy. They both did the same thing. He was a fool for taking up with a white woman anyways. He gave up his job for a white woman and look how much they had sneaking around on their spouses'. It was all fun and games until they got busted and fired. I have no respect for any of them. A man said that John Amos had died and I went right to Wiki, he is alive as of today. Wiki is my go to sight. They don't have a tv show but it's their up to date print stories I go too. Pro Football Talk erroneously reported Terry Bradshaw’s death but that website reporter not only survived it’s probably one of the biggest sites. They were completely transparent and open with their apology just like Patty.

Although this may have been a low point for you professionally, you are getting a ton of love and support from all of us who love you and who respect your open and direct apology. @@lisaannelloredux i said "journalism-type endeavors" which is not saying she is a journalist. however, her background is in radio broadcasting in which, to paraphrase her bio, she covered everything from 'life to politics to entertainment.' in light of this, she should absolutely know that this is not a trivial mistake. it's something that could cause problems for you at work if she made this mistake in that context. did i say to rake her over the coals? no. i responded to someone's dismissal of sharing erroneous, unfounded information such as what patty posted.
