With my last baby (19 years ago) I had an awful feeling of 'tearing' in my tummy and the doctors didn't know what it was. Then my pelvis separated (SPD) and I was referred to a pregnancy physio that was shocked to also find a 7CM Tear in my Stomach Muscles and that was the tearing sensation that I had felt. I was also strapped up & bandaged up for the rest of my pregnancy and for 6 months post-natal!

GIRL. My 4th is 18 months old and my oldest is 6. I had AWFUL varicose veins in my pregnancies. I’ve had them treated multiple times (because they got worse each pregnancy and I couldn’t wait until we were done having kids). I had them in both legs and in my pelvis 🙃 For my legs, I’ve done thermal/radiofrequency ablations(both types) followed by sclerotherapy injections. Not a fun time, but HIGHLY recommend for symptom management. It takes a few months to fully heal from symptoms, but there’s very little downtime afterward, which is great! This final time they were treated I have had greet success! I also finally got up the courage 2 weeks ago to have my pelvic veins treated via a venogram with sclerotherapy and titanium coils. Verdict is still out on results, but it was such an easy procedure! I just wish I hadn’t waited so long!!! Praying yours are bearable the remainder of your pregnancy (wear those stockings for relief!!!!), and that you’re able to be treated soon after you deliver (usually it’s a 6 week waiting period fyi 😅) ❤️

I stumbled upon Stephanie and Kamerons youtube channel while I was pregnant with my daughter. At first, learning about her baby girls stillbirth created more fear in me at 36 gestation up until I gave birth, yet I loved her vulnerability and honesty. Varicose veins can be so annoying and painful! I get varicose veins off and on but it's bc I have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) I have found that sometimes cold water can help it depends on how bad it is

Hi Alexa! I also struggle with varicose veins and I am only 22 years old. Lately, my veins have been reaching up to my thighs and the compression socks that I use don't seem to help. I have been icing my veins and elevating them to help with circulation. I do not want to have to do surgery but that seems to be the case. I am afraid of which procedure I will have to do.

I’ve had mine treated multiple times and girlfriend it will change your life!!! Check out any reputable vein clinic in your area. Most will do free consultations. It’s not fun, but it’s so worth the pokes to not be in pain! ❤️

I’ve seen a specialist who did an ultrasound and told me that my veins in both my legs were infected and diagnosed me. He prescribed me with medicated compression socks but I would still need to do a procedure
