My Aspen Spas Pinnacle ES Setup and Review

I have had two hot tubs from these folks and never had an issue!! Family owned and operated, I have known them for 20 years and getting ready to pick up the 8x16 swim spa for my new home!! This will be number 3!! I am driving from Colorado to buy a swim spa from these folks and hauling it home. I know them and trust them and you cant go wrong with this brand.

So in a case such as yours, for potential warranty work do they subcontract that out to spa tech companies in your area?
