I was playing the EU map the other day. It put me on the Toscan Archipel. A small island between mainland Italy and Corsica. All I came across was towns I had never heard of, and because I was on this bloody island, it was impossible to come across signs with city names I had heard of. After half an hour of looking around this absolutely gorgeous island, I gave up. Italy really throws impossible stuff at you.
