This works 100%. Use it once a week. I massage my scalp for 10 minutes after applying. Then, I put a plastic bag over my head, heat up a towel and put it on and another plastic bag over it. I leave it on for an hour or overnight sometimes. The longer the better. After, I use African black soap to wash my hair thoroughly and then leave a good conditioner on for 5 minutes and rinse it off. I use Sunny Isle black castor oil conditioner. My hair feels like I just got a trim. Use organic products on your hair.
