You can’t return it. Check out their return policy. Mine looked very cheap and overpriced. Wanted to return it and was shocked.

Scam company. They don't allow return if you "simply change your mind". The Nirvana bag I ordered came reeking of headache-causing chemicals. Has to be faux suede leather. I had legitimate reason for return after airing for days and still smells to high heaven. Noxious. They told me to arrange return TO SINGAPORE and they would refund when they received the bag back. Shipping TO SINGAPORE.....is hundred of dollars with FedeX....which is how they ship. They did not even provide a label for a cost....which would be THEIR cost with an account with FedEx.!!! Hundreds of $$ to return.??? That is 50% the price of the bag.!! This company is a complete scam.!!!

Hello! Thanks for the video, very helpful. Where did you purchase your bag? I just ask because I am trying to authenticate mine and mine has an embossed AUPEN on the side of the bag under the handle and yours doesn't. Where/when did you purchase this?
