how do you know when to get Q or E first? in your mid lane fundamentals video w/ aurora, you unlock E first. why ?

If im not wrong he goes E with Comet when hes playing against someone with more range than him ( probably syndra for example ), he also maxes E in those cases. However I might be wrong, he explains it a bit on the start of the video (mainly runes)

Normally E + comet (vs long range) or Q + electrocute (vs anything else basically)

If you q q and then e the wave you actually deal more dmg to the melee minions and you can clear the wave faster

It's more unreliable, though. The way Aurora moves when she casts stuff puts you always a little bit to one of the sides of the wave. It's easier to miss one or two melees in the combo and messing up the farm. Doing it standing still isn't really an option when you're having to dodge stuff. When you do it the other way around (Q > E > Q), you have a little time to reposition and avoid missing the minions.

Hello Shok I have one question. I saw this one OCE yorick guy who plays on Korea with 100 ping. Wouldn't be better for you to ditch OCE for Korea at cost of this extra ping?

I think the ping is closer to 150 for me, and either way playing skillshot matchups on high ping when everyone in korea is playing on 5 ping or less is extremely difficult
