Once those lizards get big, make sure you move them because they do eat birds and small mammals! Another great vlog, and it seems as though this channel has been pushed into the algorithm more lately because I’ve seen a ton of ants Canada followers coming to your channel for the first time the last few videos! That’s great! Hopefully they find all your artistic/musical channels as well because those channels are great!! Ps: magnus is such a beautiful blue!
@juanderingsoulАй бұрын
If you put bowl up high for the lizards, they'll be more discouraged to go down and will not get used to your presence. but I strongly suggest for you to add more thicker branches up above the mesh area just so they can bask easily. seems they like the fresh air up there and the warmer temperature.

MIKEY!!! Saudia has a lot of good foods to try. My fave was KUNAFA, a famous traditional dessert. Love also their AUTHENTIC SHAWARMA, KEBAB, KABSA (roast chicken with aromatic rice), FATTOUSH(salad), HUMMUS (dipping made in chia seeds), WARAK ENAB (stuffed grape vine leaves), FELAFEL and SAMBOOSA ( famous snack) CHAI TEA is a must try, signatured Arabic tea. And a lot more 😅 Hope this finds you useful. Safe travels! And more videos to watch!

Hey Mikey, I know it's a moog point now but if you had trained the lizards what to eat out of first and then put them in the enclosure it probably would have worked out a lot easier.. but they will hunt.. also if you add a basking light somewhere down low you can put the food near that and they'll be drawn to the heat from the basking light especially an infrared one for nighttime.

So much fun to see the iguana's again.💚💙 Mikey, you are so cute, being infatuated with the lizards like this.🥰 Super fun to watch, and to feel that happy energy. 💖 And another saba harvest: enjoy! (I know you all will, but still. 😉) Just in case you do not get to vlog before traveling: safe travels for you both, and lots of fun at Animal Con! Last day of Summer here, super hot, but lots of rain expected from here on out: our Dutch monsoon starts.🤭Loved seeiing the dragonflies, they are my favorite insects (although AntsCanada is making my love for just one insect impossible😅). Happy vibes send back to you and RJ.💛

I almost wonder if it would be a better idea to house the sailfins in a smaller, but still proper sized, enclosure for some time, feed them and grow them up a bit, maybe get them use to you before re-releasing into the sky room? Good luck!
@tbella5186Ай бұрын
I'd love to see him cover his big pond. Then he could do a crazy cohabitation enclosure!
@TheKatarinaGiselleАй бұрын
He should do the opposite. Rehouse them elsewhere once they get bigger, because they do in fact eat birds and small mammals once they are big!
@timhorvat7432Ай бұрын
That’s what I was thinking too but that’s based off my experience keeping fish so idk if reptiles are the same
@gecko000Ай бұрын
@@timhorvat7432 Yeah reptiles aren't the same 😭Some fish pick up on repetition but its not the same as reptiles.
@timhorvat7432Ай бұрын
@@gecko000 I more so meant in the sense of making sure that they’re eating and don’t have parasites or anything else before putting them in somewhere where it’s very difficult to treat them if they end up needing anything

@caloocanboy5800Ай бұрын
HAHAHAHA sabah banana isn't usually eaten raw, it is starchier than most banana varieties, that's why its hard so while they are unripe you can boil it, use it for stews like potato, and evem better, you use it for banana chips and they taste so good it is also a good way to preserve them for a while!!!!!

You can boil saba first and then freeze them. If you do freeze them got to prefreeze them in a single layer for an hour or so and then you can pack them up in a large ziplock bags.

We have those sweet plantains in Puerto Rico too 😋We mostly eat them fried, but my mom thinly slices them the long way, and uses them instead of pasta in lasagna! It's an odd combination of sweet and savory that somehow works.

If you want to put the babies with the others, wait till the mommy that has babies nest for the night and put them under her, she should take them, especially if you put her in a small area with her babies. Hope you have a fantastic day.

American English pronounces "aviary" as "ay'•vee•eh•ree" and in British English, it's "ay'•vyuh•ree" which is only a slight difference of one syllable.
