I really understood when you were taking about feeling desensitized to emotions. I have really struggled since my childhood with my emotions, feeling deeply for people and just letting loose and being able to laugh with people and just let go. In the past 6 months I have grown immensely with my feelings and just really projecting love after my last shroom trip. So many similarities between us, may have to do with our birthdays both being on January 3rd. I wish you well with your emotional growth! Thank you for this video :)

Hey Iman, Before watching this video I meditated for 15 mins, then decided to watch it ! I felt so calm, relaxing , while listening to you I felt something so good in my body that I am on the right path of gaining true happiness and fulfill my purpose in this world, As I have told you before, You are changing my life in a really good way and I am very thankful that I am coming across good people like you !!!!!!

I know this is an old video of you, not sure if you still read comments. After I quit 2year of antidepressants (that I never should have started on) everything I’ve been through has been rushing back so clearly. Every aspect of me is now an ego death. I have to readult myself everyday. Ive been spiritual since childhood, but this is on another level even for me. Trying to gain momentum back into good habits, but I prefer to be alone alot since the rebuilding is happening. I really appreciate you, sharing your journey so publicly. I enjoy listening to your intellect, typically I don’t share that part of me that you do openly, but Im hoping Im more able to do so now since my ego death. Im still me, but I can’t wait to meet her, whoever she needs to become

Also what you’re speaking about with you mom really resonates with me. She’s been though SO much shit with my dad and another ex boyfriend and her siblings in her family. She doesn’t get treated with respect and it hurts me deep on a psychological level. She has a drinking problem with wine and it’s caused a lot of stress in my life. Another reason I turned to that substance. It’s deep in my family heritage. It’s changing now. I demand more from my life for myself and my mother! She’s done so much for me!!! The fact she still working and providing for herself and wanting the best for me and my brother is something I take for granted. Not anymore. She deserves all praise and affection from me! You are so wise beyond your years. This level of self awareness is a genuine inspiration to me. I aspire greatly to be like you moving forward. To answer your question about psychedelics: I don't drink or smoke weed or any other drugs at all anymore. Zero. The only substances I take are psychedelics and I trip a few times a year as a method of introspection and auditing my current lifestyle, mindset, habits, etc. Psychedelics allow me to assess my own situation from a different perspective and I'm able to consider solutions to problems I never would've considered otherwise. It's allowed me to gain a much better understanding of who I am as a person and I think self awareness is one of our greatest assets in life, for everything stems first from ourselves. It's also helped me to chip away at my demons slowly but surely and I've now come to a place where I genuinely have a deep near-unconditional love for myself. I attribute most of my growth as a person to psychedelics, not because of the trips themselves, but because the lessons I've taken away from them has truly shifted the direction of my life.

Amazing! Your education company really sounds like a vehicle to use your love language for sharing your experience. No wonder it takes a lot from you, but gives a lot back aswell. Talking about loving myself: with a coach we found that I put myself through a lot (no-carb diet, living with little money, travelling a lot, cold showers, solitude) and try to carry other people, because I see so much potential in them, but then fail to love and care for myself. I don't really know how to do that and what that means...

It’s strange I was actually raised in a very loving family but I went through a lot of negative emotions and it’s like I have unexplained demons in my subconscious so I’m sort of in the opposite situation as you are 😂. I’ve always been ambitious but I feel like because of my negativity I never got anything done I’m thirty now earlier this year I had a psychosis but I’m starting to watch your content and I really vibe with it. Well here I go sharing one psychedelic experience that changed me and what my takeaway was (there’s more but I’d like to share this one). I’ve only done truffles (essentially magic mushrooms) since they are legal in the Netherlands. A) Live in awe. I remember hearing from people such as Ido Portal and Bruce Lee talking about how you need to regain that child-like awe with the world. How it’s due to that awe, that childlike nature that allows you to explore your environment and cultivate new experiences. During this particular experience I just had my mouth gaping at not just what I saw, but more so that I got to experience the world in a completely new way. Coupled with this feeling was just a feeling of gratitude that I have the ability to explore with this reformed perspective. I think especially considering my age group, we tend to just see something and not think much more of it. We can be pretty uninterested in people, places or objects. This whole living in awe feeling just reminded me to see the unique strangeness in anything and just appreciate it. After my experience I quickly realized the effect it had, it literally felt as if before I had never properly seen certain people or places I was used to. Just an overall very impactful experience.

Amazing! Truffles are an amazing modality. I like that they’re legal in Netherlands as well. Removes the whole shame factor that I think a lot of people feel when first trying psychedelics. Thanks for sharing Thomas :)

I've had numerous experiences with lsd and shrooms. The first one was when I was 16. A few of them have been mostly as a fun activity with friends, such as going to a concert or going on a hike. The thing is, even when you're doing some sort of group activity, there is always that level of introspection going on in your mind that you just can't really turn off, which is a great thing. Every trip I've had I always evaluate my circumstances and audit my life and habits. I'll call myself out on any bullshit I'm doing or saying. I'll alter my ego and get rid of things such as habits or thought processes that aren't helping me. & of course I also enjoy listening to music, specifically artists like Kid Cudi and Mac Miller (rip). Then you got Pink Floyd and artists like that when the time calls for it. Their music is always in tune with me and tells me what I need to hear. It's very therapeutic and always puts me in a great mood. I've always had a good experience, but you definitely need to be in a good state of mind before taking anything.

Yes I have done psychedelic drugs in the past and did it always on purpose to reflect on a topic I could not really solve or wasn‘t sure what to do or feel about it. I don‘t even think they are really fun, it‘s like a very honest opinion that can be hard to take, but my life always got better in the long run through these experiences.

Halfway through this video - but I would really recommend you look into DMT. It's unlike any of the other psychedelics, it's 15 minutes long and a verry "psychedelic" experience, the kind that you were looking for around minute 38. If you don't already know, it's the chemical in your brain that's produced when you're born, when you dream, and when you die. Besides seeing epic fractal geometries and a tiny laughing buddha, the two main realizations that came to me were "Everything is real" and "Everyone's a genius, they just don't show it off" (which maybe means everyone has an innate genius of some sort even if it's not readily apparent) Edit: I guess Ayahuasca has a DMT component but perhaps by itself, it may be more visual. I've never tried Ayahuasca.
@ImanGadzhi4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for that insight John! I’m definitely very excited to try DMT and I think you’re right in the sense that it’ll give me a lot of the epiphanies I’m looking for! :)
@jlcmarketing85784 жыл бұрын
Oh trust me, ayahuasca can be very visual. To me on ayahuasca I lost track of reality and the hallucinations were so complete and so real that I thought they were real. They showed me a lot of things with myself. And lasted all night long Dmt was just "oh the floor is moving" into "oh pretty colorful geometric patterns" for a quick couple of moments Ketamine in a psychiatrists office I forgot reality and looked like I was inside a colour changing lava lamp for an hour Mushrooms never did much for me but space out and sleep then be more depressed and down the next day for like a week

What an interesting video this is. The fact you started meditating at 14. I bet my life would be completely different if I did that. What got you into it at that age? And I’m also curious as to what you experienced as a child that makes you think you should have mental issues. I myself have been through a lot of messed up family and parental issues that have taken a toll on my mind. Currently working out of the weeds I’ve been in that has led to unfortunate substance abuse.

I’ve heard LSD can have damaging affects and haven’t had an interest in it. I do see a benefit in ayahuasca and mushrooms. Willing to give that a go at some point in my 20s. I’m 22 and not going to college like almost everyone around me. Beer has just kept my vibration low when I know I’m here to experience the frequency of love!! I’ve used it to numb the issues with my family. It’s time to take OWNERSHIP!

Hey Owen - thank you for the comment! I would say out of all the psychedelics, mushrooms are the most gentle. Definitely can open your eyes up to a lot IF you go in with the right intentions. In regards to your life situation - you have the most powerful asset of them all, self awareness. That’ll take you hella far. Blessings to you brotha!

@@owengottlickHi owen, I have done around 35ish trips just with LSD and I can tell you for sure that LSD has no more damaging effects than any other psychedelics. LSD is in the end an extract from a mushroom. Always be prudent, have a clear intention, the right setting and take the right dosage :)

Hey dude! Man despite all the bs ppl spread about it, Islam is based on love and for me, it filled the void that I had. After having to move to a new nation due to the collapse of my fathers businesses put me into a deep state of depression. Going from a point where I could always get what I want, to not being able to eat certain foods or get certain groceries was a really big change..it may sound petty but the change was very devastating. The only thing that pulled me out of this deep dark well I found myself in was the search for love. Without love, human civilization would collapse. Without love, our spiritual hearts collapse. A few years ago, I was introduced to a Sufi sect of Islam known as the “Naqshbandi tariqa”. In fact, one of the greatest saints here was from your nation, Dagestan. Listen, if this is really the truth, which I do believe this is, it would only benefit you to check it out. It’s all based on love, something I think you’d really connect with. Much respect man!

Only a fool thinks that they have the ability to redeem someone who doesn’t want redemption. It’s weird listening to you speak, considering we were both born in January 2000 and we are both millionaires although I’m in college, you remind me of me.

This sounds more like an AD rather than your Ayahuasca experience 🤔

Is Ayahuasca the same as DMT?
@mulamoon4 жыл бұрын
Oliver Hawkins DMT is the main psychoactive chemical in ayahuasca. However, ayahuasca has other ingredients that extend the length of the DMT from 15 minutes into many hours. One of those ingredients is an MAOI inhibitor, which allows the chemical to be ingested through the stomach and still take effect. If you swallowed just plain DMT with no MAOI inhibitor it would not work.

Well - that was definitely a much better explanation than I could ever offer!

I just have a need to write this. It seems you ARE a good guy. You are the person who mostly makes the right decisions. You are a smart person. But of all of the ayahuasca experiences, you are the one who has the most references to other people. It also seems you are the kind of person who values others opinions more than you would admit to. In an 1h long video, you make such countless references to other people that it's a little bit weird. No one is so self-righteous as you think of yourself. There are other aspects of life other than the field you are in - you depict your success almost in a way that you "broke" some underlying law - but no. You are, as everyone else in the western world, just a player in this grand game; capitalism brainwashed you into thinking that your "success" makes you different. I would suggest you look less into your mirror and think more about the grand scheme of things. YOU are the person who cries about a woman before bed. You are the person who cries on emotional "war heroes coming back home" reaction videos. You are a great guiy, but no one is perfect, just remember that.

Eric I have heard a lot of people say 5-MeO is a lot less colorful than DMT, almost blank, white, and space less. What was your experience

You are speaking from the heart. Very touching. Just curious, have you tried Christianity, it filled that void, that feeling of Emptiness in me. I saved my life, my mind, and I'm free. I no longer chase temporary fixes and highs. Well done for speaking out.
