Today, I wanted to give some raw, unfiltered advice of how I've dealt with breakups in my personal life, as well as how I would handle a break up if I was in your shoes.
Hope you enjoy and that this helps!

The amount of emotional maturity it takes to talk about this and record this video is enormous. For a 20 year old you have been through a lot for sure, but it takes a certain personality to be able to hang in there and rise instead of falling. Much respect bro. 🙌

All i can say is that you're one the wisest man I've ever listened to. I've been through all of shit in life, including not having a family, drugs, breakup. I moved out when I was 18, had to work 12 hrs a day to be able to rent a place and have something to eat. Now I'm 21, deeper in shit than ever, still struggling but I finally realized what's important in life and I've started working towards it. I hope I could message you when I acheive what I want and tell you that it's your contribution. All the best for you brother!

The dark times are what truly build giants. The light is there, you just gotta search for it in the right places. Be intentional about what you focus on and allow yourself to do to help overcome the pain. Just went through a tough breakup (2 year relationship) a few weeks ago & my agency has never been stronger than in the past couple weeks because I chose to focus all my energy into it. Use these dark times to get stronger, smarter, and better than ever before. Learn from your relationship to figure out what you can improve next time. Reflect, stay strong, and be brutally honest with yourself. Avoid the temptation of the easy ways out from the pain (alcohol, drugs, meaningless sex). Distance yourself from your ex and respect them. Now is the time to build & shape yourself into the person you want to become & don't ever settle for anything less

Yo the timing of this video is unreal!! my "break-up" happened last night but thank-God i'm already on that Abundant Mindset which help me got through it a little easier. it's not really a break-up cause it's not an exclusive relationship but we're both vibing the same energy so it's kinda tough leaving her, but hey it is what it is. lesson i learned from this experience is you can't work on yourself just to impress certain individuals, in this case the girl i liked. you have to do it for yourself. Don't hide the pain, Deal with it. 🤞🏻

Iman, nothing is more rewarding when your clients get to actually connect with you on a deeper level. Content like this helps you achieve that. A lot of other agencies are always trying to show this superficial front when on the inside, they are all just like you, and me. They experience the same shit.

Stay strong brother. I just went through a breakup 3 weeks ago (2 year relationship) and not gonna lie the first 7-10 days were really tough. But looking on the bright side, since then, I've gotten the most done for my agency in the last week and a half than I ever have. I guess I took all the time and effort that I previously focused on my relationship before and shifted all of that into my business. So hang in there my friend and try to be intentional on what you transfer your focus towards. You're not in this in alone bud

Hey Iman, I can't relate more with you about the pain of a breakup. But mine was a different kind of break up it was leaving my personal beliefs that I once thought to be true and was manipulative to believe since birth. I was fear monger to believe a very close amargedon end and if I didn't align myself with the doctrine I would die. But when I found out it was all bullshit I was enraged and than despair took grip on me, all does years of my life I was living a lie. From there I was sucked into a life of addictions that im still trying to escape. I cant tell u how much it helps listening to other stories that give hope. Thanks for Sharing Iman

Yes that happened to me, I graduated college, landed a digital marketing job and my ex that broke my WORLD at 18 came crawling back.. by this time 5 years had gone by and I wasn't even interested anymore.. in high school a nice administrator saw me crying and trying to keep it together in the hall ways and pulled me aside to ask me what was wrong. I told him my ex broke up w me and the administrator told me about his story w/ his wife of them breaking up in high school and him also being devastated back then, but then 7 yrs later they ran into a parking lot and started over and were then married.. honestly that story helped me get through it because i was hopeful that maybe after college me and my ex would get back together.. welp college graduation came and I seriously stopped waiting for that relationship after my freshman year of college but still had that thought in the back of my mind.. when the time came that he wanted to catch up.. i was just like... you're too late. you're way too late. I'm not even slightly interested anymore... and honestly found him annoying >.

Yea breakups are tough I personally went through one 10 months ago on school vacation, she just cheated on me on the third day out of 5 in turkey. But fortunately, I've been through a lot just like you Iman, we have very similar stories with single moms and financial difficulties, but the thing I want to say is that you have to leave your emotion in front of the door when this shit happens, and start using your brain and logic if you don't want to fail yourself.

Every relationship teaches something which helps us to build ourselves in different ways. If someone leave you let go they don’t deserve it. If you want to forget anything remember it in the morning when you are in half sleep half wakeup and the things which you want to remember think that before you go to sleep. If you want something to use that really help you with out harming your health then use mad honey from Nepal. It is better than drugs and it’s good for health and you won’t be addicted

You’re right man, hooking up with people post break up doesn’t work. Better to stay single or celibate to deal with the pain first

I was in a very toxic relationship for almost 4 years. I was like 14 lol when it started. Little did I know all those years how bad it was. Even when its something bad, you still love it. Like drugs or any bad addiction. We always broke it off- on and off for those 4 years. I always tried helping him improve his outlook on life and to have some positivity. But he almost never showed emotion unless it was to manipulate you. I went back every-time, now that I think about it, not because I was "so in love". But because that's all I knew for the better part of my teenage years. It was the comfort. Not being in a toxic relationship was uncomfortable for me, and I didn't know what real love looked or felt like. ok rant over haha.

that's so crazy. me too. I felt safe at his home a lot of the time. I loved his family and his sister and I were so close and I wish I could be close to her still. Just like you said, "It felt like I had broken up with her (his) family".
