My Babyliss Big Hair Care Review

I've always been a fan of the Babyliss Big Hair, but the new improved Babyliss Big Hair Care is BRILLIANT!! It's subtly different from the original and works amazingly well.

Hya, I'm thinking of buying a similar babyliss air brush and I have the exact same haircut as you . Have you used this brush for lifting up the roots ? I am asking as I can get the same effect in the ends of the hair using my brush and my hair dryer and I am not sure if it is really worth the investment. I have heard that some brushes can leave your hair frizzy too.

Hi there, I'm considering purchasing it to take with me and dry+brush my hair at the gym. Do you think is it possible to use it without drying the hair with the hairdryer first? TIA!

Lica K hi there - yes! It’s definitely possible but it takes much longer - especially if you have long or thick hair :) my hair is really thick so takes ages - which is why I blast it with a hairdryer first. But it’s definitely possible 😊

Babyliss big hair diamond has removable brush heands, can be brush head be removed on the new one as well?

Hello! That's such a great question :) No, the head on the Big Hair Care is fixed. It would be great to swap the brushes - as with the Diamond Duo - but I think the head of the new Big Hair care is the main reason it feels so different. It's air outlet holes have been carefully designed to give a more balanced airflow all along the barrel, ensuring there is even heat distribution and preventing hot spots on the hair. I loved the smaller brush of my Diamond but I much prefer the finish of my new Big Hair Care :)

Whenever I try to rotate it my hair rotates with it how do I prevent my hair also rotating?

Thanks for this review - helped me decide to buy - wish I hadn't had to fork out 70 quid (compared to previous model prices) but hopefully it'll be worth it.
