^^^ 100% I switched back to a brand called Matrix and use L’Oreal when I want my hair to smell incredible… both are clean products but keep my hair soft, healthy and silky

Emma, I relate on the hair thing! I am convinced that it is from hormone changes! I used to have such thick hair in high school and now not so much and I don’t even dye my hair😭

Emma my hair was just like yours was in high school, up until I was 20 & then in college my hair just wasn’t as thick & as shiny as it used to be. Over time our bodies produce less collagen & keratin & I’m convinced that’s why my hair doesn’t look like it used to even six years ago. That’s most likely the case for you too. I’ve been taking nutrafol for seven months & my hair is definitely thicker. I definitely recommend that for you too

The Bachelorette party was amazing. Maggie and Grayden did a wonderful job. Your outfits and make-up was on fleek. You looked so beautiful. I used to use olaplex for years when u was blonde and my hair got shorter over the years I kept dying my hair but stopped with the expensive shampoo and my hair grew so long!! and got thick again , so wierd!!

Pantene is so underrated!!! I recently switched back to it because Olaplex made my hair fall out and made it so dry and thin. Ive always had long hair but it’s at its healthiest right now using Pantene for shampoo and conditioner and Ouai and Briogeo for leave ins and mask treatments.

My hair is the best it’s been using drug store shampoos etc. I was like you, I would buy the best of the best and yet my hair was so bad! (I don’t think yours looks bad at all though) but my theory is that the expensive brands ruin your hair so you keep feeling like you have to buy more products to “fix” it.

If you use it correctly, it isn't bad for you. However, overuse or incorrect use of their products can cause hair damage. It's meant for damaged hair and if your hair isn't it might over correct basically and end up ruining it ultimately. It's like protein masks for your hair- too much will damage it.
