When the back is BAD, rest is the key. When I went to the physio she said that. Sure enough with a lot of pain, a month later something clicked & it improved. It will never cure but you just have to manage it.

Like how the house is coming along. I’m the last of the family in the house, and I need to move in a few years. Cleaning the families detritus from 65 years of living is a challenge. For me especially. Every time I fine something of interest, I go down the nostalgia rabbit hole.

Phil I am thinking that my wife is a kin of yours. She keeps every bit of junk paper that enters the house. Recipts, bills special offers & books. She used to work as an accountant & every document that passed through her hands has been stored for years. If she goes away for any time I leap into action & the green bin is creaking under the weight. When she returns its Simon & Garfunkel time for days. Seriously lad look after your back because if that went bang the whole operation would be well & truly banjaxed. Keep 'er Lit.

@@grassmen7626 as a pet owner myself Im sad for that dog because every animal has a heart and a soul and should be treated well and loved. I seen an episode on here of the father and uncle telling stories from their childhood on the farm with their father and they told a story about a setup they had for milling flour or something else which used a donkey or mule to walk around it turning the mill. One day when the grandfather noticed he was behind schedule he decided he wanted to speed up things by beating the poor animal, but it didn't work out because it pulled down the whole set up.
