I have the pace ul pack and I have the same complaints but it’s so so nice for a day pack. Seriously comfortable and when it’s not packed so full the mesh back isn’t as much an issue.

I moved to Macpac clothing from more expensive brands, they do some great gear they designed with the nz alpine team. Just waiting on my X-dome to arrive ! Just found your channel and really appreciate the content
