Thank you for talking about your struggles so openly ❤ It really helps to know that even the people you look up to are having the same issues and doubts.

While I know it's been difficult for you, it's honestly so validating to see creators like you dealing with everyday issues like body dysmorphia or seasons where you "go AWOL" because of mental health. These things are so normal but certainly aren't normalized. I hope things get better for you soon!

Dear Lucy, you are one of the very few fitfluencers I find relatable and motivational. If it makes you feel better: your workouts helped me (47 years old, stuck in a very tough caregiver situation for the last four years) start working out and feeling better again. I was so overwhelmed with the responsibility for my own family and my two terminally ill parents, I neglected myself more and more. Just a big thank you and keep it going. As for the problems with the skin: I have profited a lot from using castor oil. Maybe it's worth trying for you

Hey, Lucy! I just wanted to say that as much as I have benefited from your calisthenics content (been with you since lockdown) I've kept watching because you're awesome and we share similar views on movement. I say go for and lean into the pivot of more mountain content. It's what you love and your enthusiasm is contagious. Your people will either stick with you and/or you'll find a whole new group that will resonate with you in this next phase of life. Being a scattered multi passionate (recovering people pleasing imposter syndrome perfectionist, etc) person myself, it's sooooo good to see another person online grow and find pockets of joy wherever they can. We simply aren't meant to be stagnant. Your vlogs prove people can change what they want and chase the meaningful stuff. Keep being you and follow your passion, we'll follow 🫶

Definitely second this 😊 I just want to see people enjoying movement and challenging themselves

I found your channel a few days ago and I find your journey really inspiring. I’m 48 y, and I haven’t been exercising regularly, I always walked a lot though. A stubborn backpain this spring was a wake up call for me, and I realized that I had to do something about it. I’m taking it slowly but I noticed a mindshift this fall - genuine happiness that my body is functional and also curiosity and beginners enthusiasm🤣, there is a lot to discover… I really like your approach to this. Keep moving and remember to take care of yourself! Great channel! ❤

100% here for the outdoors content! I don't really do calisthenics. I follow you cause you're a genuine person with a holistic view of health. But I do hike and camp and travel a lot so it would be awesome to see more of that!

I feel you- ever since I’ve lost weight it feels like my body dysmorphia has been worse. I have absolutely no concept of what I look like, and really struggling with negative thoughts. I had anorexia for a decade and then my weight swung the other way after improper refeeding in treatment, now I’m trying to find a place where I’m content with my body and I’m not engaging in disordered behaviors. It’s hard sometimes though to not give in to negative thoughts and let them fuel bad choices

I needed this video. I had bariatric surgery 2 years ago. I loat all the excess weight. Around 100 lbs. Unfortunately, that does not fix the head. Im still obsessed with my weight, my body, and Food. It's not as bad as it was before, but those days when it is, it is so hard.

Oh Lucy I wish we lived in the same city (we’re not even in the same country lol) because you and I have similar backgrounds but I’m so regimented and routine based and I think we could rub off on one another lol. I need more spontaneous friends for sure!! You got this girl!! ❤

Hi! Do you live closer to the "great outdoors" than you used to? Living in a big city, I really miss nature. I'm not sure what your situation is. Sending love!

Hey Lucy! When u talked about how 1200 cal/ day can be smthg less to eat for a person, there were a lot of comments from petite women mentioning it was fine for them. So i was just wondering what your height was. You know looking forward to get motivated ❤
