I just finally started my journey into a fitter lifestyle again after 10 years of being not very nice to myself and what really helped me, is your tip with the "optimize your food". Its just delulu to think that someone, who has eaten rubbish over the past decade, starts from 0 to 100 in a day AND can maintain this. Nope, we never can and the only thing this does, is frustrate us. So, instead of only eat "healthy food and/or try clean eating" , i started to eat my breakfast bacon with veggies and i try to put fresh food into any meal whether its veggies or fruit. Or eat my tuna sandwich but instead of mayonaise i use Skyr for the sauce. Or i drink zero calorie drinks instead of sugary ones and ignore the people, that will tell you "but its sooo bad. You have to drink water and only water". Yeah, i like water, but sometimes i need something sweet to drink... Or i eat a salad with a good high calory dressing and a good oil and a can of tuna as dinner and that keeps me satisfied until i go to bed instead of eating veggie sticks with yogurt, that will make me crave ANYTHING after 10 p.m.. Long story short: i love your content and this is the mindset, i see myself in and it actually works

Could I also add that when talking about ‘exercise’ I wish ‘sport’ would get more of a mention. Starting some random sport/dance/movement activity that you LOVE, especially with others, and don’t even think of as exercise is such a life-changing and long-term way of moving more. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

If you've mentioned this in previous videos then I've probably missed it, but I have a question. I began my weight loss journey in August of last year. I started walking and running, then in October I started going to the gym to lift weights. I have lost about 40 pounds. Unfortunately in January the scales started moving a lot more slowly and now I'm just hovering around the same weight and the scale isn't moving. So, I know you got into calisthenics, but I'm just wondering if you lost significant weight before getting toned and gaining muscle. I'm wondering if I should lay off the weights for now and focus more on losing fat first, then focus on lifting weights later? Do you have any advice?

I'm doing 14 hour fasting for about 3 years now and since first year of trying this, I don't eat much. Only one meal per day and sometimes I fast 2 or 3 days consecutively. My only problem is craving carbs and sugar. Any tips to overcome this?
