Hey guys, please give me some insight. 9:15 if you look at the top right corner of the charizard, you can tell that the cutting of this card was off. I have a base set charizard with this cut, and I’m shocked he got a 9. I haven’t graded mine, but I thought a cut like that would drop it to an 8 at least. Makes me think my cards condition could be better than I thought, but I’m not sure how PSA is when it comes to card factory issues like this.

Psa been weird with grades.... At least for me. Like they have a rule now..... No more psa 10 charizards from any set. Lol. Had an amazing 1st Ed dark zard that came back a 6 for some really weird reason. Shouldn't have been any lower than a 9.

I always seem to get better grades on my economy service level. It almost seems like it’s graded easier then my bulk or my QGS subs. Great vid! Always exciting to see your sub from 6+ months ago come back in the mail! So cool to see how much you’ve grown, been here since 2k :D

Watching these older videos because I’ve seen all the new content! I’m getting back into the TCG and from all these grading videos I’ve seen it really seems just hit or miss with the grading - I don’t understand it. Why don’t they use a computer to grade? Literally just scan the card and compare it to something with perfect alignment, corners, etc. The variability between grades is just insane. Considering how much the value shifts with a 0.5 grade difference - they should have this totally streamlined.
