This is really not that impressive, the animation is extremely rough and basically any studio can do this. The only difference is that instead of trying to animate this guy tries to make a few still-frames look nice which I guess not all studios do, but that's because they want to make animated shows, not glorified slide-shows.

Now he's working with passion taking all the time he wants to take, if he worked in the industry he'd get overworked by whoever hired him and the end product would probably be even worse (and even then, he'd likely not get hired as an animator but more as a colorist considering his work). Even when it comes to just KZbin I can guarantee you that there's better *animators* here on KZbin than him. That doesn't make him worthless, but it's very good to distinguish between the various jobs in the industry and know what someone is actually good at.

I'd actually like to add some critique to the mostly positive comments. I find the style to not be very consistent/coherent. There is a disconnect between levels of realism which makes the elements not feel believable. For example, the environment is very detailed while the characters are relatively "low fidelity" in comparison. Another good example would be the transformation from man to wolf. The wolf has 10x the detail which makes it feel static and not connected to the initial character. I am not an expert but I feel like another perspective is always good. The animations are very good and you are talented.
