I change to the north side, then got 2 diamonds in one night, the fishing time is also longer than in the south. Unexpectedly, I also got a diamond green sunfish, only took one lucky shot.

Thanks bro! I use silver hooks like 90% of the time. Also use bronze hooks for some species.

I will say as a level 98 (almost 99) player that the time does matter, but it's for each player, not every player will have a diamond crappie around 13 : 00, it's different. Also, if you are not catching fish on a bait, switch it up. Try other things that the certain species likes. Reading that handbook is good. And smaller hooks will make you able to learn what fish species wants what. And I recommend for diamond hunting, if you do not catch a gold within 20 - 30 irl minutes then switch spots, never change servers unless you go to every spot. (sorry for long comment, just how I catch fish)
