I seriously wake up at 4am and sleep at 8 pm. I take salt baths then rinse off in the shower. I brush my teeth and do some yoga 🧘‍♂️I get more adapted to the day drink a cup of coffee and leave. I go feed the masses and sort my own thoughts early. Mid day im done doin my public service and I go home to my sanctuary and I straighten it up. 😌 I play with my kids we make dinner we talk about what we want to learn tomorrow. We bathe again and rest. I'm never as tired as I was before I had balance between the mental and physical between the financial and the emotional. Find ur balance
