studios worked for a while, then many were caught for not being able to resale. young couples are looking for 1000sqft ish. Not tiny 300-400 sqft

Normally locals anywhere won't buy studios for own stay. But they are usually highly rent-able to foreigners and out of state people working in town. So buyers who hold this type of property are expecting the cashflow to work.

@AlphaMarketingSG I havent met or saw landed property suitable for wheelchair friendly accessible such as spacious toilets with equipments, 3-5 bedrooms with or without own private pool. And this property also suitable for owner to rent out for tenants or vacation rentals.. do send me links & price tag if u have..thanks

@@AlphaMarketingSG u have the links for me to take a look 1st? Bunglow, semi dettached with lift also possible and pools..i did saw astaka condo 2659sq ft 5 room rm2m-3.5m ..masterbedroom toilet was huge. Private lift. Not sure if its ideal staycations business or tenants rentals..

Its all a joke , i bought a penthouse in putrajaya 10yrs ago till today i am unable to sell even at a lost . Please dont listen to all this guys. Dont buy you will regret it.

Penthouses are one of the worst properties to be resold into the resale market. This is true in both Malaysia and Singapore. The buyers at this price range are very few and they tend to opt for landed properties instead. So, your mistake is not a Malaysian issue, it's an asset choice that is too highly priced compared to its value.

You buy only if you plan to stay… if not investing in Malaysia property is a waste of time…if you want buy.. get landed property
