no need, you will have a MM2H visa page so no need to chop passport in Malaysia immigration

never ever anyhow buy condo in Johor. don't listen to all these KZbin craps. they need to make money. you go to them, you buy condos, they earn your money. I bought a condo in Johor and now we are going through a tough time taking a lawsuit. I won't elaborate further. Just don't be silly and think buying a condo in Johor is safe.

I moved back to my hometown, Malacca, in 2010 after living in Singapore, and it’s been an eye-opening experience! Back then, Hougang in Singapore was still quite affordable, and believe it or not, some food there was even cheaper than in Malaysia. What’s fascinating is how much Malaysians seem to love living in Singapore. Take my neighborhood as an example-almost 70% of the families here have children who’ve settled there, including my neighbors’ kids. It’s incredible to see how Singapore continues to attract Malaysians with its opportunities and lifestyle. It makes me wonder.

The main draw is currency different. It depend on individual. My family member had PR, after being there 4 years, surrender the PR. Happily living in Malaysia. Most Singapore born face the same challenge like Hong Kong residents, Just want to leave the islands.

I visited this January Puteri Cove,very beautiful the nature with the great view and also the lobby was great ,but the building complex already looks dated from outside..I just skipped this project.
