Really only based on if you're accurate.. if you think you can hit shots well, HDR is for you especially with 1 shot potential and if you're less accurate, XPR is OP for spamming

A custom HDR is OP because of the bullet speed increase. You can get almost instant kills at a distance and it's steady for head shots. DLQ was insane last season with the special ammo but that bullet speed got nerfed.

Best sniper bye far in my opinion. Better bullet speed than the DLQ, zero drop on the bullet out to about 250m, and if you miss the head shot it hits harder than the DLQ.
