@Robert Yeah well the FNAF game actually has some pretty established lore and interesting characters, Hello Neighbour's lore is the "it was just a dream" deal that eventually makes no sense at all and a cheesy excuse to make the plot "open" I'm saying it as an ex-Hello Neighbour superfan who watched its development since alpha 1-with every update it was getting worse and worse as they removed actually interesting ideas (for example a pool with a shark in his house, a child/wife that is closed in his basement) and it went down into full obscurity (the AI got so much worse and annoying, actual horror was removed to please theorists that "the player is actually bad" which comes off as fake) they started adding random parts into the game just to extend its playtime (mannequin room, tiny Alice in the Wonderland room, room with the neighbour being a giant) and the story turned out to be vague and detailed at the same time, pleasing no one and being unsatisfying I also never liked FNAF that much but I can clearly see it actually has heart put into it with giving characters personalities, the voice acting is immaculate and even the animatronics that are just there to be scary are somehow charming and their designs are awesome

Im no rocket scientist but I think the 'glitter' problem with the ray tracing is artifacting, its due to your hardware not being able to keep up with the rendering process because of the stress on the components in your pc, this causes some pixels to be missed in rendering (I think, I know this happens when overclocking and shit can look like this when using cycles in blender when not using a super computer so that would be my guess)

it's because the way Ray tracing works it just, It does calculation per pixel on screen, if you don't do enough you get Weird rogue values where it suddenly bright or suddenly dark, this is fixed by ensuring you do enough calculations per pixel, but that is slow so in games like this they cheat and try and smooth it out, with previous frames data and lower render resolutions

Like the guy above said they're called fireflies, basically just a product of not having enough samples to fully evaluate the amount of light in a given pixel- Games have to cheat this as it takes tons of power+time to accurately evaluate each pixel especially in dark areas or areas lit by a lot of secondary rays

So, freddy can open any door so that he can come to you when you call him, and they accounted for this by adding invisible walls, but they didn't account for the fact you get put in front of freddy when you get out of him, so you can brute force past the invisible walls. They can fix this pretty easily by just pushing freddy backwards when you get out of him infront of a locked door.

Ray tracing shouldn't effect load times. Turning textures up would, and using a hard drive instead of an ssd would also make it slower. Not sure if this helps but thought I'd leave a comment

@Robert Yeah yeah yeah yeah iv heard the same thing on twitter being screamed at me at least 10 times a day. a game can still be good even if it has bugs. its not like Steel Wool is a massive team who had the extra time and money to iron it out, i believe is a dev team of maybe 20 people at most. just be thankful for what we got and how it'll improve instead of shitting on it cause it wasn't exactly what you wanted the second it launched

he could shave more time if he didn't fully use his stamina, if you fully use it you'll have to wait until it fully restores. Leaving it with a little bit lets it restore and letting you run instantly instead of waiting. Lots of time lost by waiting.
