We're mixing things up bc today we're going on a themed thrifting adventure, leading to my best thrift haul TO DATE!! 😍 I thrifted so many incredible gems that perfectly fit the vibes I was trying to find- coastal grandmother, the parent trap aesthetic, french-inspired style, + california skater boy. I also share how I'll be styling these pieces for summer in the haul portion and show you guys a few of my upcoming thrifted summer outfits.

Hi Jessica. All your items are so gorgeous. If that black dress is too tight your seamstress can open up the sides and insert more fabric. Almost like a tuxedo look, with matching black satin like a ribbon or another colour. Any colour, dark purple or navy or a bright colour like turquoise or fuschia. To be extra daring she can add a print. But keep the dress classy looking.

I loved courage the cowardly dog! It was also creepy and normally I don't like scary stuff but I did like that show, probably because they mixed the humor in! I still quote "naaaauuuuggghhhty" sometimes lol. If I remember correctly, Muriel and Eustace turned into puppets at the end and that was genuinely unsettling!

You could ask the tailor to open up the black silk dress from the waist down (to make it flare out a bit) and add triangular pieces of lace on the sides. You could also add black silk fabric under the lace to make it less revealing if you wanted to.
