You do realise that your Volvo jets were heated? Wouldn't be surprised if all that extra piping freezes solid as soon as it's cold🥶

I done this years ago to a vectra. Those pipes freeze up easier than ever. Good luck in the winter.

2010 S80 T6 AWD, 3 years of harsh Canadian winters and I've never had any washer jet issues. I would have replaced the nozzles before anything, especially prior to bypassing. Just priced out a heated pair to be around $110 (~$70 GBP).

I keep meaning to use a set of 2015 focus jets, they seem much better than the volvo ones.

In order to prevent glogging or blocking the sprayers, you need to place a micro filter at your pump side in the reservoir. Your idea will not perform ideal at high speed and in the winter when it's freezing

Could you do a video about changing the power steering fluid?

If you use the Volvo fluid you won’t have any issues. Cheap screen wash doesn’t work with heated jets. It builds deposits up and blocks them

The anoying sound of the blades hitting the A pillar can be solved by turning /mounting the splines 1 tooth inwards

Interesting mine works fine as standard with that knocking could be you linkage but can try loosening the nut at the bottom of the wiper and moving it over on the spines should solve the problem

Been following you for ag time now that’s a bad bodge. Try using them at 70 miles an hour on the motorway in the winter in the freezing snow and ice they will not perform.
