I just have my Bible a highlighter and a pen. But I would like to use this tote for my planning set up. The Bible IS part of my planning too because it guides me like a lamp to my feet.

Also I recently tried an erasable highlighter, but I did not like it because it kind of clouds the print to where it is not as sharp and clear. So I went back to the normal highlighter.

I enjoyed looking at your process. I got tired of carrying everything from room to room so I now have a Bible in my bed in a small backpack that have everything I need to Bible study while I'm in the bed. I also have one in my kitchen with the same stuff in it. I also have a book bag for church that has all the same stuff in it. Now, the Bibles I get ones that most people will usually throw away, I make them over and use them for studying. The three that I have now, one was free, one was 99 cents and a hand me down. Whatever I have, I just have fun with it. BTW, as I'm listening to you, I am thinking she sounds so young, I was a teen in the 90's, I actually got married in 91; I was 17. Not that it has any bearing on anything lol, just relatable. You should do an about me video sometime if you haven't already; I'd like to see how much more we have in common. Oh my gosh, I got married at 19 and thought that was young! 17! Are you still married? I love the idea of making over affordable bibles and keeping them stashed everywhere! I really want to do that, have a little kit for my bedroom. Are all the bibles you have the same translation?

@@ariana-rose-bibletime Yes, I am still married to my husband from 1991 and I love him more now than I ever have. I'm a stickler with translations but no, they aren't all the same. I have ESV, KJV 1611, and NKJV and Wuest NT - I have others but I usually just compare the scriptures to see how they are translated. I have a parallel Bible too, I got for 99 cents. The Word of God is my passion, so I have a lot of time, effort, and money invested in it. Plus, my sisters/family know my love language is Bibles, stickers, planners, journals, post its, pens, markers, etc and I get gifts in those areas so that helps. I also have the e-Sword Bible program on my computer and phone and it's fantastic. Thanks for the reply, xoxo Janie

I hope you like both! I can't believe I ever lived without my tote! If you get it, you'll have to let me know if you love the height of the pockets of the tote! Some totes I looked at were taller and it was more difficult to get the pens out or to see what color they were!

@ashleynicole6895 I'm having a difficult time, too! I couldn't use my soft cover journaling bible well doing bible study on the couch with a pillow and was so disappointed. I'm not sure what to do. I read a few chapters without taking notes but I can't focus as well that way 😬 Maybe I'll ask for a lap desk for Christmas! 😄

My church gives Bibles away for free so you don't even have to buy one. All the rest is not necessary (tho admittedly fun)...the important part is to read and pray. ;)

Thank you! Yes, that's exactly what I did 😄 I have a purple floral design I'm obsessed with that I printed on sticker paper and placed on both covers and the spine. I put washi tape on all the edges and seams and then packing tape on top of the washi. It's working pretty well! The packing tape is what really adds the durability.
