Char C you are very welcome! Just so you know, comments like yours really help me embrace my short hair and new hair journey as well. I’m very humbled to know I’m helping someone else embrace theirs too. Don’t worry you’ll get there, a year from now you are going to look back and have no regrets because it’s just hair and it will grow in no time. But I definitely understand how you feel, I never in a million years thought I would chop all my hair off but I didn’t see the point in hanging on to dead ends, plus wasting products/money/time on it. I’m honestly very happy for doing it and it REALLY feels like 10 lbs off my shoulder. And literally letting go of the past (old hair). Thank you for your kind words love 💗

I love your hair I did the big chopped last year and I use to pull it back and I would put a head band on and leave the curls out in the back and it grew so fast it's already almost at bra strap length and it's only been a year it will grow back so fast im telling you make sure you use black Jamaican casteroil it really works for hair growth I really loved it when it was short just like you I felt so wired going out at first but I started getting use to it and the crazy looks that guys give you some of them still don't understand the whole natural journey thing but who cares they can't tell us how to live. long story short your hair looks beautiful.

KISHA COX yes I do! I have a couple of videos of how I lightened my hair. when you had it professionally cut what kind of salon did you go to? I want to get my hair cut short too, but almost all of the salons by my house are caucasian-run & they've never really dealt with my kind of hair (3c/4a)
