Videos are very informative and to the point. I really appreciate your content. I’m 25 and looking to owning a box truck and also hiring a driver. Any suggestion? Do you think I should drive first, before hiring a driver

What I think doesn’t really matter. What do you want? If you become a driver, you’ll learn the ropes without any financial risks. The only risk is that you get stuck and spend too long as a driver versus becoming an owner. On the other hand, you can also learn by doing the business. It may or may not work out. Your youth doesn’t matter. Now, whether it works out depends on you, your BIG WHY, and God’s plan for your life. If you have a desire to enter trucking, I suggest you pursue it by any and all means necessary. Get in where you fit in, BUT have a plan. Devise an exit strategy for either route you choose. The third option, really isn’t an option, but it is: To do nothing. “Doing nothing” isn’t a plan that moves you towards your goal. Take Care, Carolette Wright

I’ve noticed that January and February tends to be slower, and pickups in March. Overall, the market is in a correction.
