I actually don't have a washing schedule at all! I wash my hair whenever I feel like it needs a shampoo! sometimes that's every day but I also sometimes go 4 days without washing it! 😊

I can so relate to the armpit insecurity. I hated mine. It was dark all the time even if I shaved. I finally decided to get laser hair removal. LIFE CHANGING! I am 35 years old and I honestly can’t believe I waited for so long to do this. Is it cheap? Nope. Is it totally worth it? 10000000 YES! In my country (in Europe) you can buy a very cheap retinol (tretinoin) cream from local pharmacies without any prescription. It's the AIROL cream 0.05% by the company Pierre Fabre and costs around 3-4$. My mom is 65 and her skin improved drastically after a few weeks of use. I'm sure you can find something similar in the US. WARNING: *always use sunscreen with retinol* or you'll severely damage your skin! That's why our dermatologist told us not to use it in summer (preferably only in winter).

I have very dry skin and I also have an intolerance to some sunscreens.....they cause dermatitis on my face etc....anyways Alba botanica mineral sunscreen (the kids or baby and sensitive skin ones are my favorite) it's super inexpensive and I prefer it (my skin as well) to the supergoop. It's very emollient but in combination with my ha serum in the am has my face feeling so plump and deli I had to share!!

I loved what Revitalash was doing for my lashes but eventually I saw the effects of periorbital fat loss under the eyes (google...it’s a thing ☹️) and had to stop using it. Buying that toothpaste ASAP. I also wish my parents had stressed sunscreen when I was young. My parents STILL don’t understand the importance of it. My mom only made me wear it when we were going camping or something where I would be in the sun for multiple days, and only so I didn’t get burned. At home, she didn’t care if I wore sunscreen when I was spending the day at the pool. I almost think she didn’t know it prevented cancer, she thought of it solely as sunburn prevention, because if I asked her why she didn’t wear sunscreen she would say it was cause she didn’t burn. And I barely burn so I think that’s why she didn’t care if I wore any. It’s so frustrating because that mentality stuck with me and only a couple years ago did I find out the importance of sunscreen, and even then I hardly wear it because I just forget and it’s an extra step in my routine.

I got the prescription from my dermatologist years ago when I had acne (way before my youtube channel) and I've always asked for it to be re-written because I like how it keeps my skin clear and soft. I know my friend got one written just being honest with her doctor and telling him that she wanted it for skincare and antigaging reasons! She got it that same day! I think it just depends on the DR 😊

Ask your doc at your annual checkup (family doc, OBGYN or derm). I’ve used it for 15 years and it’s an absolute essential for me! It’s the one product I will never be without. It’s less than $30 per month as I use a pea sized amount. I’ve always gotten compliments on my skin. It’s important to use sunscreen as retinol cause sun sensitivity.
