Hey buddy, Congratulations on passing the 24,000 subscriber mark, you really deserve it. I've been a long-time subscriber with a different account and just subscribed with this account as well. I don't usually leave comments very often, but this video is a very special one, and very emotional. I almost lost my dad on three separate occasions due to his really bad asthma, he was clinically dead all three times, but thank God the doctors were able to bring him back, and he's still here with us today. Since starting my KZbin channel and getting into making videos, I've realized how important it is to document these special family occasions on video, sometimes we only get one chance to get that special moment with our mom, dad, grandparents, etcetera on video before the moment is gone forever. It was great to share in your special moment with your dad, this is a very special video for sure, I'm guessing that it's your favorite video on your entire channel. Hey Niki and Kurt, This video actually brought a tear to my eye! Im a small sim KZbinr and abit of background I'm half German on my fathers side. Now in 1994, my dad took me to the DTM in the Norisring and I met Kurt, Klaus and Ellen Lohr (Nutella). Unfortunately when I was 13 my dad took his like and a large part of my life was gone. Now a couple of years ago I found my 1994 Norisring programme from the DTM race with a few signatures in it and re-ignited my ever going passion for DTM and started watching every race since 1993 on youtube in order! What I loved about this video was your dad explanation of some of the more interesting details of cars from the day, like the moveable ballast (something I never knew) but I have sooo many questions about the cars and racing back then. I would love to meet yourself and Kurt, and if you are ever coming to the UK then let me know!

I love this video so much, I have watched it over and over again. These beasts were mental, so much tech for mid 90s! But also how happy you are to spending time with your dad this day and just talking cars.
