My BIGGEST Fish on a Fly! Wouldn't fit in the net

Day 8 - Fly Fishing Quetico 2023
After an evening casting for pike and catching lake trout, John and I returned to that spot. I quickly had a bite and landed my biggest pike ever at 39 inches! Shortly after releasing that pike I looked under the canoe and saw a giant pike swim underneath us. We quickly spun the canoe and I cast my fly. I watched as my line twitched and I set the hook. After a crazy battle, I landed my new personal best pike at 45 inches!!
