A certain amount of success is necessary inorder to have our actual needs met, but instead of happiness, I feel peace and contentment is a better aim. Being able to sit quietly with one's self might be the greatest gift.

That is a good point I haven’t been able to achieve either success or contentment in my own company due to severe anxiety It’s not a self pity story but the impact of severe anxiety and lack of self confidence/belief I do have episodes of contentment which is enough and we are planning a trip to Japan 🇯🇵 late November if COVID allows which is something to look forward to Well done in achieving the essentials for piece of mind and contentment 👍

Fantastic podcast. And my first introduction to Benjamin. The conversation reminds of the Happiness Equation by Neil Pashricha where he says that we need to be happy FIRST then do the work, then comes success, not the other way around.

Authenticity. Exactly. Isn't it just absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Honestly, I wish we could all be this open with each other. Life would be so much smoother x

That’s probably the best chat I’ve ever heard. Such humble honesty and something in there for everyone on whatever journey they’re on. Thanks.

Totally agree Lynda. Sheer connection. I think that's what 'the hole' can be filled by. I really do. Isn't it incredible when people dare to be that open?? Such a gift x

Beautiful 💕 spoken with pure authenticity from the heart. Such a deep conversation that just flowed making it a pleasure to watch. Honesty is so attractive. First time watching either of you and I absolutely respect you both. Such an amazing young man who has so much ahead of him if he can stay connected to where he us now. Miracles happen ✨ but that doesn't guarantee anything! I got it, had it, didn't keep it upfront and lost it after almost 7 years. Blessings 🙌 💫✨ for everyone reading this that you know you are enough! You are important and you are deeply loved!
