After 16 hours pain i got 3 cm dilated jo kay itni bari news thi mery leye i couldnt believe. I thought i will die. But still i recommend natural birth my sister had c section shes always in pain stiches kharab hojaty hain bht maslay i started walking the same day ghr bi sambhal keya meny akylu khud. Go for natural birth always and if theres a problem natural problem then you should take c section. At the end of the day its every individuals own choice. I really like your page and i often see your videos on tiktok i live alone in germany too much love

The trick in epidural is to take it when you are 7cm dilated in this way you will not to bear the delivery pain. But yeah you have to take pains till 6 to 7cm.

Its right people have many myths about epidural. It totally depends upon the doctor who induce it. If doctor will be exper then you will nevery have side effects. I personally took it for birth of my son . Its been 18 months now with normal delivery. I took care of myself. It's working well till now.

My pregnancy was smooth Alhamdulillah... every trimester was tough but all the things were normal in pregnancy.... nausea, vomiting, bloating, tail bone pain I went through all this stuff and still I prayed for normal delivery as it was my 1st pregnancy and had no idea about anything and here you go I delivered normally on 29th of March this year.... Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah!!!

At first delivery, I had a c-section in Pakistan 🇵🇰. After that, I shifted to Spain 🇪🇸. I got pregnant again. 2nd time it's a normal delivery. 3 nights and 4 days, I have to bear that labor pain at home. During this time, whenever I go to the emergency only got one answer .it's only a 1.5-centimeter delight. When it will be reached 3 or 4 centimeters then we will admit you. So awful. But they didn't operate me and I deliver normally. Alhumdulilah❤ I feel better than a c section 👌

Same cheez merai sath b hoi mai 39 week pregnant thi apnai girst baby kai sath or sub cheezai normal ja rahi thi pregnancy kai starting sai last check up pai pta chala mai 1.t cm dialte hoon toh doc nai kaha kai agr due date tak apka labour start na howa toh c sec karna parai ga .meri due date 19 april 23 thi or 17 ko mjhai apnai baby ki movement kaam feel hoi toh mai doc kai pass gai visit pai pata chala kai koi problem nahi hai baby healthy and perfect hai .but jub check kiya toh mai tub bhi 1.5 cm hi dialte thi toh unhonai mjhai induction ka kaha or sath hi merai uterus mai cook catheter rakh jis sai sahdeed dardain start hoi jis par mai nai epidural ka kaha toh unho nai kaha kai sorry agr apko epidural lena tha toh ap pehlai sai like 7 month sai btati abhi hum kuch nhi kar saktai but khairai nai pain lo bardasht karna start kiya or suddenly my water broke or pain bht he teez hogya .mjhai induce hoi 15min bi muskil sai nahi hoi thai or mai 2cm sai agai dialte hi nhi ho parahi thi sath hi meri tabiyat kharab honai lagi jis pr mai doc pai cheekhi kai mera baby thek nhi hai mjhai feel nhi ho raha jub check kiya toh pata chala kai har contraction kai sath baby ka heart rate decrease ho raha hai jis pr mjhai emergency c sec with high risk karwana para Mera c sec 2 hrs ka raha jokai normally 20 sai 25 min ka hota hai .and baby mera nicu mai chala gya .operate honai kai kafi time baad mjhai pata chala kai merai baby kai lungs mai amnotic fluid chala gya tha jis ki wajah sai wo roya b bht dair sai and ventilator pr b tha .1.5 din kai bad merai baby ki death hogai and today i am 34 day postpartum recovering from the trauma .please sub merai or merai baby kai liyai dua karai ❤
