I get how you’re feeling. An engine swap is a daunting task. I had some nervousness manual swapping my e28, but I prevailed and with great success. As much as you are dedicated to the platform, I see this ending up better than expected. It’s all in small steps and good research. I spent months sourcing parts and seeing how others installed it. And for me it was a seamless transformation. There’s plenty of info and support out there, we’re rooting for you!
