Dudes destroy documents, change proposal without notifying anyone/permission (don't know why they let those 2 idiots prep the documents in the first place). I've seen people fired for less than that and there was nowhere near $300m on the line. Glad they walked away from an environment that was never going to let them achieve their full potential. "It's strange to have a capable employee cover for the mistakes of an incompetent employee" summed it up perfectly.

I'm honestly surprised that since Yui was the CEO/owner, why didn't she just fire all 3 of them ? I wouldn't leave if I owned or was in charge of it. I must be missing something 🤔
@nadtz
@nadtz 24 күн бұрын
@@theperceptor9287 What you are missing is Japan's Labor culture, it's honestly really different than the west. It's why most of the time in these stories "Fired" means 'Forced to resign" and there are things like 'window seat employees' and 'I got moved to the branch office' instead of getting fired. Not that I'm disagreeing with you though, if it was my company I'd like to think I'd put up more of a fight for it but honestly these stories generally aren't all that realistic (and that's fine, I'm just here to see how the bad guys get owned in the end).

I would not have fired them, rather, I would have them fired, arrested, imprisoned, losing all of their business licenses, and qualifications, and blacklisted from any and all businesses that are in the same industry, not just in their city, but also all over Japan, AND worldwide as well. Moreover, I would also find out any and all prospective companies that they had applied for, showed them the actions of those two scumbags, thus having them blacklisted in other industries as well. They would be fortunate to have jobs as janitors by the time that things were through. Finally, that redheaded lady looked shady as well, and she also looked like a guilty party, so, Ms. Waruzashi, for that is what I will call her, will get her just reward as well.

This is actually a good example of what some historians call court culture. I might be getting some facts wrong since it has been a while, but it is essentially the rise of incompetency in institutions due to a dominant social click or hierarchy. Climbing the ladder or getting assignments is more dependent on personal connections and how "dedicated" the person is to the dominant group rather than achieving results and keeping things above the board. You can see it in a lot of historical dictatorships and shady social groups.

That shows a flawed thinking if having other people fix your mistakes does not in some way tell you that you are the origin point for the issues. Like people tend to be best from learning their own mistakes not using others to cover for those and then a person continuing to think they are the best at their job. Though that also says a lot for the management higher up as well if they do not bother to share oversight.

They do not seem to get that the problem is they messed with stuff on a coworkers desk without even thinking that the things might be important. Like why would you do that if not with ill intentions because anyone with a brain would think not to touch things without checking them first for importance in a business environment. And them beign defended bofre changing the documents later can use the same reasoning as when they said sato is not so good if used in another field. If they have no standing knowledge on solar energy why do they think they know enough for changing the documents? For that matter even for conventional equipment most of the same things like weather that can destroy the solar equipment would do the same to a degree of convensional equipment if placed wrong as well without an understanding.

Th th th th th th 3 Million!!!!! How many zeros is in 3 million I need to sit down you. You shred away very very important documents to make your business assess and then you rewrite the documents with your own interest not the business. You could’ve ruined everything?!?! I’ll be honest, leave the company you and that girl just run away together and start your own business or join someone else who have more thought or brains ? For one you don’t discipline your employees too you play favorites three you don’t read important documents. You just look at the purchase status something the document won’t do well never judge a book by its cover come on 3 billion you know what I can do with $3 billion . I could pay off my grandma‘s house. I could make her move closer to my family. Heck I could put the rest of the funding and her retirement plan you know how much or what I can do with 3 billion. I can’t even wrap my brain around it. You ruined your own company over what a joke a prank?!? Good grief I think a cup of tea won’t fix this. I might need 12 cups.

I’m assuming Kisaragi is most likely Yui. She always glazes Sato the hardest. I want to assume she was treated as a placeholder figurehead with actual limited authority of her own despite being the company president . But there was no indication of that. As a leader she handled that rather poorly otherwise. Also, 12:26 says it best yet sadly in rl this is all too rampant. The competent workers eventually get fed up and quit and if the company isn’t backed by some institution where they can zombie on, they will eventually and rightly collapse.
